   It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Judy Ford on January 18, 2021 at the age of 67 years. Judy was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta in 1953 and lived most of her life in Bezanson, Alberta. Judy had a passion for the outdoors, she enjoyed visiting with guests around her fire pit and was a great teacher for anyone who wanted to learn about growing plants. She also enjoyed watching the cooking channel and trying out new recipes. She was well known at work for her famous enchilada. She also loved her community and enjoyed keeping in touch with everyone while working at the Bezanson General Store. Judy was a loving wife to her husband Dennis, who passed away in 2000, and a mother to her three sons.
   She will be lovingly remembered by her sons Grant, David, and Duncan (Miranda), her nine grandchildren, and her siblings Bernard (Carol) Burbank, Ken (Doreen) Gunson, Melvin (Cathy) Gunson, Marlene (Garry) Brown, Bryan Gunson, Edward (Nazarita) Gunson, and Edith (Guy) Mongrain.
   Judy was predeceased by her husband Dennis Ross Ford, and her parents John Joseph Gunson and Clara Lorraine Gunson.

FORD, Dennis Ross: October 28, 1952 - December 23, 2000 {Also on Ford grave stone page}

Dennis Ross Ford, 48, of Bezanson
   Dennis Ross Ford passed away peacefully at his home on December 23, 2000 at the age of 48 years. He leaves behind his; loving wife Judy of 28 years, three sons; Grant (Christina), David (Brenda), Duncan, and three grandchildren; Bradley, Jessica and Kristen. He is also survived by his mother Noreen, two brothers Ken (Grace) and Doug and two sisters Helen and Frances.
   He is predeceased by his father George Ross and infant grandson Riley. Dennis was born October 28, 1952 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. He was raised on the family farm in Bezanson where he received his early education, later graduating from St. Joseph high school in Grande Prairie. Shortly after graduation Dennismet and married Judy Gunson of Crooked Creek. For a while they made their home in Grande Prairie and later moved to their acreage in Bezanson. They shared a love of nature and farming and were inseparable as they enjoyed many outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting and boating.
   Dennis retired from Weyerhaeuser Canada after a career which spanned 24 years in various positions. In retirement he and Judy acquired a fondness for travel and in recent years treasured the many hours spent with the grandchildren. His love of life and his keen sense of humour are an inspiration for us all.
   A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.. on Wednesday December 27, 2000 at Oliver's Grande Prairie Funeral Chapel (10005-107 Ave.) Grande Prairie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2000 at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bezanson.
   Burial will take place in the Glen Leslie Cemetery followed by fellowship at the Bezanson Catholic Church.
   In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
