Arny Winter, 69, of Peace River Arny
Roger Winter of Peace River passed away November 12, 1997 at the age of
69 years. He was born in Vermilion, Alta., and moved to Peace River in 1964 where he resided for the rest of his life. Arny was born on January 22, 1928 and he passed away at the place he loved best, the residence of Joanne and Barry Peters of Grande Prairie. Arny leaves to mourn; his wife Lois of Peace River, children, Richard Winter of Vancouver, B.C., Patricia Winters of Vancouver, B.C., Terry (Richard) Peters of Vancouver, B.C., Joanne (Barry) Peters of Grande Prairie, Alta., Brian (Helen) Winter of Grande Prairie, Alma., Lori (Joel) Mennard of Grande Prairie, Alta. He also leaves his grandchildren: Robbie, Tasha, Bud, Guest, Cody, Desenda and Jyler Mennard, Eva, Tereasa Griffiths and James Winter all of Grande Prairie, and one great granddaughter Thea Jessie Honeyman of Vancouver, B.C. Funeral service for the late Amy Winter will he held on Monday, November 17, 1997 at 1 p.m. from Oliver's Grande Prairie, Funeral Chapel, 10005-107 Ave., Grande Prairie, Alta., with Father Joe Kot officiating. interment to follow in the Glen Leslie Cemetery.
